I have been going down to the beautiful country of Chile for the past 5 years in a row. My first trip in 2007 was a trip of a lifetime that I thought I would never be able to top. I’ve proved that statement wrong year after year. This year I expect to be the same.

The WWGP12 schedule as of now is to have extreme downriver races starting December 1st with some of the worlds best kayakers on Chile’s premiere class 5 rivers that are characteristically stacked with large waterfalls. We may even throw in a waterfall freestyle event!

Bringing that many good kayakers together at a world class playground is very exciting…epic things will happen. The first Whitewater Grand Prix took place in Quebec last year. It was a huge success and generated tons of exposure for Whitewater Kayaking. This year I know will do the same.
